Bruce and crew were great. They made the entire process of installing a standby generator system easy. They were very accommodating and worked around our unusual schedule. The work as well as the work area was neat, clean and tidy. We were also given constant detailed updates on every step of the job start to finish which allowed us to really understand how the system is integrated into the house as well as how it will function going forward. We feel very lucky that we chose this company. We looked online for local dealers and called a few and had realized as soon as we spoke to Bruce that we would go with them as the other companies seem like they just aren’t that organized and even had difficulty setting up initial appointments.
