Bruce was great. I have never dealt with a more responsive business owner. The person who took my initial call was friendly and asked pertinent questions. She then said Bruce would get back to me which he did in a very short period of time. I spoke with Bruce and he gave a fair price. We placed the order and Bruce delivered the generator, set it up, put gas in it and installed the transfer switch in short order. He provided training on how to operate the unit and made himself available to answer questions which he did (on off hours no less). We could buy a portable generator anywhere but you can’t buy responsiveness. If we ever upgrade to a fixed generator we will be using Bruce for sure.
