I had a great experience. I called the owner of CT Electrical about my Generac portable generator that wouldn’t work. I had never had a problem with it before. He told me some things to try, and that if it still didn’t work, to call him back. I’ll called him back on a Monday and he scheduled a time to come out to my house on Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) to look at the generator. He arrived on time and tried fixing it at my house. When it still didn’t work, he put the generator on his truck and brought it to his shop to work on it more. He brought it back to me the day after Thanksgiving working perfectly. There were a few things wrong with it and a unique issue that he figured out. He was very thorough. I never expected to get it back so soon because of the holiday. This is a top notch business. Fast, friendly and convenient. I highly recommend this business to anyone.
