I had purchased my Generac whole-house generator from a different company but when I needed help, Bruce, the owner of CT Electrical Services, stepped right in. And here’s the thing: he was in a dentist’s waiting room at the time. He didn’t know me, there was no guarantee I would be his customer but he patiently talked me though a fix I was able to accomplish. So I got my generator running due to his kindness, without spending a dime. And what did he get? My admiration and respect — and all my future business. Service the way it used to be, but rarely is.
