Putting in our generator was a positive experience from start to finish. Bruce made himself available at whatever time worked best for us. He coordinated everything, from the electrical set-up to the propane hook-up. He did it all.

Our older generator was intermittently running very roughly. Lights running off the generator would pulse from dim to bright, and some critical items wouldn’t run at all; like the furnace.
Bruce spent the time necessary to find the issue, which turned out to be a faulty voltage alternator. After he replaced the alternator, the generator is running smoothly and putting out the correct voltage.
We’re very relieved as we need the generator in working order.

We look forward to dealing with them since we purchased a three year maintenance agreement which includes the wireless alert system. this new feature notifies both Ct Electrical Services and myself should the system fail to start when needed. The dealer will respond to fix any issue. This is important since we travel a fair amount.

Guess what, our power went out on Xmas day and it worked!!! Considering we were having 12 people for Xmas dinner, I would have had a nervous breakdown if it were not for the generator going on. Everything about the way CT Electrical Services conducted themselves and the actual installation was top notch. Job was done right and it looks like the generator, the base it sits on, the transfer switch, etc. will last until the next ice age. Owner of the installation company put his full attention on the job from start to finish. I am pleased that they will be doing the annual maintenance as well.
