I asked a question on Google and it brought me a CT Electrical post. In the post, was a CT Electrical you tube video and they say call with questions so I did. I am not a customer and I am from another state however they(Bruce) called me back and answered all of my questions with in 10 minute. Very nice man and very nice of them to help a stranger.

My generator panel was damaged after a prolonged power outage. I called 5 separate electricians, only 2 even returned my call. The other electrician tried to sell us on replacing the whole system, and then never returned subsequent calls. Bruce Angeloszek of CT Electrical not only repaired the existing system without added expense, but moved the appointment up a day so that the generator is working before the next Nor’easter! I highly recommend him!

We called Electrical Services, for a last minute service on our Generac generator. Bruce Angeloszek owner came out to our home. After meeting Bruce, he explained our generator. We were schooled on our home generator and it’s maintenance. Bruce Angeloszek was very knowledgeable and friendly. Very glad we call him to service our Generac Generator. Unit would go on randomly outside the weekly test. CT Electrical came out the day after contacting them. Found the problem was that mice got in the controller and shorted the wires. Steve and Ryan repaired the wires and put in a new contoller. The unit is back in operation. Response time and service were great.

Had a problem that the generator would go on at odd times for a minute or so. The company I had servicing the unit said it was a glitch in that model of generator and nothing could be done. The problem got worse and I called CT Electrical. They came out the next day and found that mice had eaten the wire insulation in the controller and it had shorted out. Replaced the controller and unit seems to be fixed.
