After doing extensive research on solar installers I contacted Bruce from CT Electrical Services about installing an off the grid solar system. He responded quickly and when he came to the house for the initial survey I was very impressed with his knowledge, confidence, and passion for his profession. He took care of getting all the permits from the town and coordinated every step of the installation including the subcontractors for the excavation work. Bruce and his team were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. You can tell that they really take pride on the job they do. They not only installed the system but Bruce took the time to inspect the existing electrical system. They worked hard to make sure the project was done in a timely manner. And they did it safely which was a real challenge given our steep roof.
Speaking of the roof, my roof man who just completed a major repair job near the panels was complementary about the installation noting that extra pains appeared to have been taken to prevent leakage around the support bolts that went through the shingling.

A year review after installing solar over a year ago. I was looking for somebody to integrate pv solar panels into my existing grid-tied battery back-up system. After trying several solar companies in the area, I came across Bruce Angeloszek and CT Electrical Services. All the other companies simply “threw up their hands” and said that they couldn’t do it, but Bruce was determined to find a solution. He spent the time to look into it, and, using his expertise, found a way to integrate panels into my system and do what I wanted. This is because CT Electrical Services is an electrical engineering company that specializes in solar, and not simply a group of solar installers. Now, at about the 1 year point, I can say that we are more than pleased with the system. We haven’t purchased any electricity from UI since February, and have well over 1200 kWh banked up to this point. We have plenty of power, day or night, without the need for the grid. Electrical Service trouble Ten days ago I awoke to a potential electrical catastrophe. I was given the name of an electrician in town, didn’t have as much as a call back in three days. I was given Bruce’s name by my nephew, I called him at 9:00 AM, within 15 minutes he called back, was at my house at 4:00 PM that afternoon to look at the problem. We had an estimate the next day, we made the deposit and he was ready to go to work. Sunday morning at 7:55 AM he was at our back door. He and his worker gave up their Sunday to finish my job, knowing we had a serious electrical condition. We couldn’t be more satisfied. To find such a dedicated, hard working, honest man such as Bruce is a rare thing indeed. Thank you so very much.
Bruce Angeloszek and his team were timely, responsive and professional throughout the whole process. This was true starting with my initial inquiry with the salesperson I initially spoke with on the phone and who did the site visit/evaluation through the completion of the job. Bruce and his team took care of getting the permits and CLP waivers necessary. They promptly responded to and answered my questions and concerns and were patient in explaining things I was not clear and maybe ask more than once. Bruce and his team showed up when they said they would and stayed with the job until installation was complete. This installation was completed within a calendar week. Based on my experience with CT Electrical Services, Bruce Angeloszek and his team, I would definately use them in the future for my electrical and/or solar needs.
Bruce has worked for us and our clients on many projects for years. It’s not the work that makes Bruce superb, although the work is excellent.
