Review on a generator installed two years ago.

Slightly more than two years ago, we purchased from and had a generator installed by CT Electrical Services.

Prior to making the purchase, we did quite a bit of research regarding units and local suppliers/installers.

We chose CT Electrical Services to do the entire job. It was a GREAT decision!!!! We received a clear, forthright, comprehensive contract, which we were happy to sign. Within a few days, we received a scheduled date, and on that date the ENTIRE installation was done, and done to perfection.

Bruce, his son, and his crew delivered and installed our generator, and contacted ALL of the necessary sub-contractors (mason for the platform, plumber, Eversource, etc.) to help us facilitate having the installation. We also purchased a service contract which provides us two FREE service calls a year to check up on the generator.

In addition, Bruce assisted us in getting the online monitoring connection, contacting the Town Inspectors to finalize and complete the start, etc.

The generator has performed flawlessly since the day of installation.

Bruce, and now, his son have always been fully available, punctual, honest and have provided us excellent service and support.

Not only do we highly value Bruce’s superior craftsmanship, honesty, reliability and excellent work, he is also a really fantastic person.

Without a doubt, we would again contact CT Electrical Services for ANY electrical concerns we have.

Since Bruce and his team have taken over the service of our 17kwh Generac, it has been running flawless. Bruce responds to all calls immediately and will even troubleshoot issues outside of the confines of our generator. Recently we had an issue with a leg of our service providing low voltage to our residence. Bruce helped place the call with our utility provider to ensure they had all the information needed to conduct the repair. I can’t say enough about Bruce and his team. Bruce, owner of CT Electrical, is the most responsive service provider I have come across in any category. He is an expert in his field, and has a team of highly-skilled and competent employees on his team. I never have to worry about my generator being serviced, as Bruce comes twice a year automatically to perform an inspection, as well as any other necessary maintenance. Since we’ve been working with CT Electrical, our Generator is always in perfect working condition. Bruce communicates clearly with his customers, is always reachable, and responds quickly. I cannot recommend CT Electrical highly enough, and feel very fortunate to have found a company and owner we can truly rely on.
