CT Electrical was highly recommended by Generac in my area when my generator malfunctioned. I called CT and received a call back from the technician when requested. After giving him the serial number, he got back to me quickly and scheduled an appointment the same day. As a retired engineer and computer specialist, I could see he was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes. He had the part to repair the generator on his truck and I was back up and running again. I highly recommend this dealer.

I called someone else they told me they couldn’t come out for 4 weeks,then I called Ct Electrical the receptionist told me Bruce would call me back within an hour,15 minutes later Bruce called and said he could make it out in the afternoon,at 11;30am Bruce called and said he would be out within 30 minutes.AND HE WAS..I had and exhaust leak and needed the valves adjusted.I’m pretty convinced that Bruce could do the job with a blindfold on.Exceeded my expectations and trust me that’s hard for anyone to do,and a really nice guy.The price was exactly what he quoted and he was in and out in less than 2 hours.what else can I say.Thank you Bruce.

This dealer replaced a fuel regulator under warranty and returned the warranty credit to us. He appears proficient in diagnoses and mechanical ability, I would recommend him to others. His repair fees appear to be consistent with market price as does his maintenance program offering.
There is no substantial competition in savings and service costs between this dealer and others whom I have used. Generac would not be my first choice in the future because of recurring issues requiring costly service calls which never corrected the problem.

Bruce did an excellent job. After calling Lower to get the contact information for the original installer they could not provide that or me. I found Bruce with CT electrical service online and with in a couple days he was at the house to service and repair the system. He also found and repaired some bad wiring from the installation that was arcing against the box. Bruce was friendly and knowledgeable and did an out standing job.

Bruce was on the ball from the beginning. He responded to my call in very short order. We made an appointment for the next day. Bruce was on time and pleasant all time he was here. He did his work quickly and tested the results to double check his work. I recommend Bruce and his company with no hesitation.

Sold us only what we needed. Fast, clean, friendly. When we discovered a dead switch in the house he replaced it at no extra charge. Installed our system and had it inspected and on line in less than 5 business days. His plumber partner also discovered and diagnosed a gas leak that we had no idea existed on the Gas Company feed line and helped us get it fixed. Great team of guys would highly recommend them for any electrical work.
