Bought a house and it came with home generator that did not work. Decided to go with ct electrical and it was a fast, seamless and professional experience. CT Electrical came out and serviced the unit, got it up and running,took the time to explain entire process, and provided best practice advice. I do not give a good review for good service as that’s what I expect but I do give a great review when I get great service. CT Electrical were great and are an easy recommendation.

This was our second Generac installation as we had one installed in our previous home some 45 miles from here in New York State. We are quite particular about these things since a generator and electric supply is something that if not done properly can easily destroy a home and lives. We thought that the previous installation went well. What CT-Electric (Bruce) did it was beyond good.
First, Bruce, the owner, is the ultimate professional. When we called in to set an appointment for an estimate we were told that Bruce would call back within an hour. He did just that. He showed up for the appointment on time. Besides being extremely personable, he was neat and professionally dressed. We (I) know quite about electronics and electricity in general and ti was clear that Bruce was quite expert. He got back to us with a quote, we accepted and set a date. The entire operation was turnkey to say the least. That included relocation of some shrubbery, all the building permits, the gas work ( done by a licensed plumber that Bruce works with) and the final inspection.
The installation was neat and so nicely done it is a pleasure to look at both inside the house and in the basement where the new electric panel is. The whole thing was done in just a few short hours.
We are completely satisfied with the installation. Also, any future electric work we need for our house will only be done by CT-Electric.

Bruce A., the owner of CT Electrical Services, was the second business we contacted about installing a backup generator for our home. Our research had provided us with a general idea of what this project would entail and what the cost would be. After our first meeting with Bruce we were convinced that he was the contractor for our project. He personally represented his business and was able to answer all of our questions.
