Bruce, Ryan and their entire team were one of 5 companies we invited to quote for a 24kw whole house Generac System with buried 500 gallon tank. They were one of only 2 companies that could offer a turnkey solution and competitively priced. Handling every aspect of what is an sequenced installation by many different trades and including timed permit coordination with town. Expedient, competent and gratifyingly prompt communication at all times – while all others provided 3 month plus lead times due to bizarre Covid leadtime issues, literally 3 weeks after signing contract, permit application had been handled with town, liaising with eversource for marking of buried cables, all equipment (tank, generator, generac concrete pad, electronics, ) etc were all pre-delivered on site … and the day following all trades showing up (digger/landscapers for tank & gas piping burial, gas plumbing team, town permit inspector who had to sign off before fill and commission, the liquid propane supply truck and of course Bruce and Ryan’s electrician team.) Like a well conducted orchestra… the entire project was completed and commissioned in THAT one day as a full turnkey solution. I had found Bruce by looking up recommended dealers on Generac’s site – could not recommend them enough. Just great people to work with.
