Generator & Electrical Service Portfolio

"Bruce and Ryan and the rest of the Ct Electrical Service team installed a 22kw Generac standby generator and transfer switch at my home in Trumbull Ct. From start to finish they were Excellent. Bruce is Aces, knowledgeable, patient and just a good honest guy. I would highly recommend Ct Electrical Service for any Generac or electrical work. They know their stuff.

"After struggling with generator issues for over a year and spending significant money with two other companies that were unable to fix the problem, we were prepared to replace our 10-year-old 20 kW generator at a cost of more than $12,000. We contacted CT Electrical Services to provide a quote for a new Generac unit, but instead of simply selling us a replacement, Bruce and Ryan took the time to thoroughly inspect our existing generator. Their honesty, expertise, and attention to detail quickly became apparent. They identified the true cause of the problem, explained everything clearly, and performed the necessary repairs. What others had missed for over a year turned out to be a repairable issue, and our generator is now working properly again. Throughout the process, CT Electrical demonstrated exceptional professionalism, integrity, and genuine care for their customers. They went above and beyond by researching code requirements, providing detailed recommendations, and helping us understand the best path forward. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes doing what’s right for the customer over making a larger sale. We are extremely grateful for their outstanding service and highly recommend CT Electrical Services to anyone looking for knowledgeable, trustworthy, and customer-focused Generac experts. Connecticut is fortunate to have a company of this caliber. Thank you, Bruce and Ryan!
