The customer service from CT Electrical Services is outstanding. The owner even gives you his private cell that you can contact 24 X 7. We find that exceptional. The unit was installed in a day and has been operational since it was installed May 2021. We believe from the support from the dealer and the reliability of Generac that we are prepared for power outages and future disasters that would interrupt our electrical service.
