we are so pleased with our Generac installation. FrFrom our initial contact with this company throughout our entire experience, we had absolutely no issues. Initially, we were assigned an estimate appointment. CT Electrical was prompt and professional. The quote was pretty standard. What we especially liked is their quote included EVERYTHING, except the town permit. We got 4 estimates prior to contracting with Bruce, which “appeared” to be lower. However, when questioned, they did not include the plumbing portion of the installation which is substantial. Sometimes, at the time of contracting, we were told we would not even know the plumbing costs until the job was actually performed. One contractor, OJ Mann, who is extremely well known, emailed an estimate, expected a substantial down payment to order the generator. OK, that was understandable. However, they would NOT send anyone out to give a final quote because they were too busy! So you were expected to “wing” and make a non refundable deposit prior to having all the facts. Some dealers expected the customer to secure the permit. Bottom line, EVERYTHING, except the town permit, is included in the CT Electric estimate. The work is performed in a timely professional manner. We received reminder emails prior to their arrival and if we had ANY questions or concerns, Bruce got back to me within an hour—-amazing. I recommend CT Electric, without reservation, for generator installation and needs!
