For almost 2 years I dealt with a problem with one of two Generac Standby generators installed by a local dealer. A plastic door panel assembly broke, exposing a GFCI breaker to the elements. Numerous attempts to have the dealer repair the problem were unsuccessful. In a final attempt to resolve the frustrating situation, I contacted Generac Headquarters. They advised me to contact CT Electrical Services, Bruce Angeloszek, Owner, an EXCELLENT CHOICE. Although it was awkward for me to enlist the help from another contractor, Bruce was very helpful. He informed me that he may have the replacement part for my 17Kw Generator. I gave him permission to resolve the problem. To my surprise within a few hours he made the repairs. The unit also required a circuitry upgrade which he did without charge. Bruce and his company are “KEEPERS”. I have since called my friends and recommended him for their electrical and generator needs.
