my generator was installed by a different sales person, was not operational for 4 1/2 months untl bruce he responded to a phone call within 10 minutes, was at my house in 20 minutes, fixed the generator within an hour. I am a single mom with two toddlers I always wanted the safety of knowing I had a working generator, thank u bruce you are indeed a life saver.
