After being told by my original installer that I would have to wait two weeks for service I selected Ct Electrical Service from it’s web site based on the quality of the reviews. Bruce called in a matter of minutes and arrived at my home in less than three hours later. He found and repaired the problem and simulated a power failure by turning off the electric service. The unit came on and performed as it would under a service failure and when Bruce turned the service back on the generator shut down properly. Prior service calls by my installer never performed this procedure to test the unit. Bruce then ran the exercise routine to establish a stating point for me to monitor the unit subsequent to his repairs. Very satisfied with CT Electrical Service.
