Our generator was blowing fuses and unable to perform its weekly scheduled test run. After many attempts to contact a service provider and getting no response, I called CT Electrical Services LLC. left a message and within 15 minutes the owner called back and had a crew out to the house the next day. The technicians showed up on time, were professional and took the time to listen to the problems we were experiencing. Dan one of the techs made his diagnosis within a ½ hour and needed parts from the warehouse. The next day they were back at the house replaced the needed parts and now we have a generator that works and runs better that before. We are signing up with CT Electrical for our maintenance and service and would recommend them to our friends and family.
