CT Electrical Service is a fantastic company. I had a Generac 22KW installed by W#*son out of Waterbury, and needed warranty repairs after only 6 months. I called them on a Sunday and as of this email have not been called back. When I spoke with Generac I was given both W#*son and CT Electrical services as companies to support warranty work. I left a message for both companies on a Sunday. Promptly on Monday morning I received a call from CT Electrical services initiating the warranty service call without issue. As mentioned previous no response from W#*son. Bruce came out the next day and quickly diagnosed my trouble and worked with Generac to get my the issues resolved. Ryan and Bruce returned after repairs and we are up and running. So thankful. During the entire process Bruce kept me informed. The process was seamless for me as the customer. I look forward to doing business with CT Electrical Services going forward, and already recommended them to family. Sorry W#*son your loss!!
