When we arrived at our summer house in the Russian countryside after a 20 hour flight from Texas, the last thing I wanted to deal with was a power outage when we arrived. Fortunately we have a Generac generator. Unfortunately the generator had a fault and would not start. The local dealer (75 miles away) would not answer the phone so I went to YouTube to learn how to fix the code fault and preform Service A, whatever that was. CT ELECTRICAL had a great video with a phone number that I called and after explaining the situation we were in, they walked us over texting how to find the fault (low oil) change the oil and filter, reset the locked up controller, all from over 1300 miles away. CT ELECTRICAL Didn’t have to answer a call on a holiday weekend, but they did, because that’s what the best do.
