This dealer is an outstanding ambassador for Generac. We called them do to a transfer switch failure with our new 22KW Generac. They responded to our problem quickly and had the unit back up and running in a very short time. Not only did they correct that problem but they took time to assist with Wi-Fi set up for the generator. It is a pleasure doing business with a small family owned business who cares about service.
