We’re entering our 5th day without power. United Illuminating’s app, however, says we have power. Since the generator was still running I wasn’t sure what to do. I texted Bruce at CT Electrical and he responded immediately — on a Sunday morning — and talked me through what I needed to do. He even told me where I could get a quart of synthetic oil. He’s been this helpful in the past and I am happy to give him my very highest recommendation.
